Recently, Apple has taken an unexpected action, which is to allow users to buy genuine components and replace and repair themselves at home according to Apple’s instructions. Now, it looks like Xiaomi will launch a similar program as well.
For us, it’s always been about
It’s been about 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 experience with us.
We’ve always strived to put 𝗬𝗼𝘂 first.
And now, we’re taking things a notch higher, just for 𝗬𝗼𝘂.

Xiaomi India’s Twitter account recently posted a tweet that, while not explicitly talking about an at-home repair program like Apple’s, seems to be implying it. The emphasis on “you” and the “simplified service” section alludes strongly to such a program. In addition, Xiaomi has a “long history” of taking inspiration from Apple, so it makes sense for Xiaomi to follow Apple in this service.
As this information comes from the Xiaomi India account, it is therefore possible that the service will start in the Indian market, at least for the time of launch, and a spokesperson confirmed the name of the service.” Xiaomi Care”, but has not yet clarified the details of the service.
If this happens, Xiaomi will likely be the first Android OEM to roll out its own program in response to Apple. Many people have the need to fix some problems on their smartphones at home, and if Xiaomi really does do such a service, chances are other companies will join in.
