The game mod community has been, is and still is the one who keeps the fire alive for the game to last. Good games, possessing interesting gameplay mechanics and at the same time proving their vitality over the years. The Witcher 3 is one of many good examples.
Gamers can be overwhelmed by the mods that remake the graphics, tweak the gameplay mechanics for new, add new items, but few mods are as skillful as Geralt of Rivia’s Pro Witcher 3.
A pun on the title Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 of the hit game, the mod allows Geralt to slide across the Continent’s surface with the grace of a monster hunter.
Geralt of Rivia’s Pro Witcher 3.
Taking advantage of the great gameplay mechanics in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which allows Geralt to slide down slopes, the eutirion modder opens up a new way for Geralt to move. You also don’t have to worry about flying too high and falling; eutirion has adapted the game, Geralt cannot take damage from gravity if the landing point is at the same height (or higher) as the jump start point.
Geralt downhill skillfully.
However, the mod still has some minor bugs such as Ciri can’t draw/look up sword while surfing, character’s movements are inconsistent, or sometimes surfing too fast, 3D models don’t load in time.
Mistakes aren’t annoying enough to dull the ability to “surf” skillfully. With a mod that is only 118KB light, you can turn Geralt into a deadly maglev wagon all day long.
