Today I will talk about AirB True wireless headphones and SOUND QUALITY.
It must also be said that the AirB and AirB Pro versions use the same design, so the sound quality is SAME.
For good quality headphones, it depends on the following 03 FACTORS:
– SPEAKER quality, where the original sound comes from
– Acoustical mechanical design of the SPEAKER BOX
– Sound SOFTWARE design
Positioning the AirB as a HIGH-QUALITY headset, the SPEAKER was selected as a high-quality, full-range, capable of reproducing the most complete range of frequencies that can be distinguished by the human ear, with the strictest standards of headphones that support ANC. We USE this driver GENERally for both AirB and AirB Pro versions.
When the DEVICE on the driver oscillates to emit sound, both the front and rear of the driver produce sound waves. However, these two sound waves are in phase with each other and are transmitted to the listener’s ears. Because it is in phase, it will accidentally cancel each other, resulting in distorted sound.
To solve this problem, engineers designed a SOUND CARE located behind the diaphragm, which surrounds the driver to “lock” sound waves behind the diaphragm, preventing it from reaching the listener’s ears. This compartment is also called the SPEAKER BOX.
Mechanical design SPEAKER BOX must be sealed to “lock in” sound. But like that, every time the diaphragm vibrates, the air in the BOX is compressed or stretched, creating a force that holds the diaphragm, making it NO VOLUME anymore.
So the SPEAKER BOX must ensure the BALANCE OF PRESSURE between the front and rear of the diaphragm. To solve this problem, we arranged the AIR OIL behind the speaker box. Engineers have to fabricate, measure, and test THOUSANDS of this hole size. Ensure balance, almost no sound escaping and pressure balance between the two sides of the speaker.
Sound waves are emitted from the front of the diaphragm, through a conduction chamber, into the ear cavity and then transmitted to the eardrum of the listener. Again this is also a CONFIDENTIAL SPACE. That’s why you see a SECOND SMALL appearing on the headset. And also need to be designed, tested many times to achieve the optimal good size.

With quality SPEAKER, well-designed SPEAKER BOX, all the rest is SOFTWARE.
When producing a piece of music, the musician aligns himself with the ideal studio conditions and is satisfied with his score. So, good music headphones are the ones that have the most ORIGINAL SOUND RECOVERY, headphones that completely reproduce the original sound in all bands, we call them IDEAL HEADPHONES.
But in fact, due to physical and mechanical errors, there is no IDEAL headset. It is necessary to adjust by SOFTWARE to eliminate such errors.
Bkav engineers use HUMAN EAR STRUCTURE SIMULATION device. This device has a highly sensitive microphone, whose acoustic properties are similar to those of the human ear, which is positioned exactly where the eardrum is located. It will measure the sound coming out of the headphones and tell us what the listener is REALLY HEARING, in order to adjust to the closest to the IDEAL HEADPHONE.
It’s as simple as that, but our engineering team had to WORK DAY and NIGHT for 02 YEARS, to produce QUALITY AirBs. And I’m REALLY PROUD of the results you guys have achieved.
To evaluate the quality, the IDEAL level achieved by the headphones, we use the aforementioned simulator, RECORDING the sound output in EVERY FREQUENCY RANGE. Then COMPARE the broadcast content and the recorded content, draw a graph to show the difference called READ ONLINE. The WINNER this graph, the more IDEAL the quality headphones will be.
