On the evening before WWDC 2018, Tim Cook Tweeted out a short video showing him meeting with some of the student scholarship winners, and the projects they are currently working on.

Apple issues over 350 scholarships to students leading up to WWDC each year, which affords them the chance to head out to California and spend time with Apple engineers and other developers.

The video, which almost looks like it was edited with Apple’s Clips app, highlights a few different students and their apps. Some of their projects include a Swift Playground that works with Apple Pencil, an educational app for tutors and students, and a health app that reminds you to put on sunscreen based on the UV index.

Apple’s kickoff keynote starts Monday morning at 10 AM PST, where Apple is expected to release the latest updates to iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.
