Biology 9 Lesson 56-57: Practice: Understanding the local environmental situation
1. Theoretical Summary
– Review the knowledge of the lessons:
Lesson 54: Environmental pollution.
Lesson 55: Environmental pollution (continued).
– Prepare practical tools:
- Tables 56.1 and 56.3.
- Paper, pens, worksheets.
2. Practice Procedure
a. Investigate the situation of environmental pollution
Step 1: Before investigating the pollution situation, it is necessary to determine the ecological composition in the locality where the investigation is carried out (abiotic factors, biotic factors, and the relationship between the environment and humans). Fill in the survey content in table 56.1
Step 2: Investigate pollution level and fill in table 56.2
b. Investigating human impact on the environment
Step 1: Investigation of ecological components in the investigation area
Step 2: In the form of: Interviewing people around in the area, observing the adjacent areas that have not been affected… To investigate the environmental situation before strong human impact.
Step 3: Analysis of the current state of the environment, predicting the change of the environment in the coming time.
Step 4: Summarize the above results in Table 56.3
3. Report on practice results
The groups take turns to evaluate the performance report
