Set and calculate: 26 + 5

6 plus 5 equals 11, write 1, remember 1.

2 add 1 equals 3, write 3.

So 26 = 5 = 31

Measure the lengths of the line segments AB, BC, AC:

Use a ruler to measure the lengths of the lines:

+ If the other point coincides with any line, that is the length of that line segment.
