Describe your business: We are a veteran owned, full-service marketing agency that assists businesses with their marketing technology, automation, content creation and social media marketing/management. Our marketing process of “CREATE. DEFINE. BRAND” allows for our team to ensure that our clients are guided in the right direction for success with their strategic marketing and advertising efforts.

We build marketing systems that allows for various marketing technology programs to communicate, resulting in automating the customer’s journey for a company. Our business focuses on teaching our clients better ways to understanding their company’s data and analytics, providing strategic growth.

Our small business program focuses on teaching and coaching our clients through the most efficient uses of their company’s website, social media platforms, photography, and video for marketing purposes.

What’s your professional background? Our team has over 20 years of experience in various industries of engineering, information technology systems, business, sales and marketing. Our experiences with our community involve working with our local Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce, Patrick Air Force Base Honor Guard, Special Olympics – Orange County, Space Coast FAVOB, and more!

Your business philosophy: Our business philosophy is fairly simple, our client’s success will ultimately result in our success with preparation and opportunity.

Biggest challenge: Our biggest challenge is continuing to develop innovative ways for marketing and changing the conventional mindset of outbound marketing, to a better understanding of inbound using digital marketing as the source.

Proudest moment as a businessperson: The proudest moment at this time, is receiving the best business of the month by the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce. Our business requires an unmeasurable amount of sacrifice, client dedication, research and development in order for our company to be successful. It is great recognition for business, that I proudly accept for our entire team.

Business advice: If you are an entrepreneur or a person with an idea of owning a business. Prepare your business for the opportunity, determine your processes and develop systems for your business to ensure success.

What’s next? Our future plans consist of continuing to be leaders at innovating, client satisfaction and driving results for our clients; one at a time. We have conditioned our company for the marathon and not a sprint.
